This policy covers the claymold.ai website only. The Claymold platform is in private beta: it is not open for registration, it does not accept payments, and it does not yet process customer business data. This website has no accounts, no sign-up form, no analytics and no advertising or tracking cookies. We collect personal data only in these two situations:本网站没有账号、没有注册表单、没有分析统计，也没有广告或追踪 cookie。只有以下两种情形会涉及个人数据：

We use a small number of service providers, acting as processors on our instructions:我们使用少量服务商，他们按我们的指示作为处理者行事：

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, and for up to 24 months afterwards so we can pick up the conversation.
